Dragon’s Crown – I don’t hate Dragon’s Crown, but I certainly don’t love the actual game underneath its majestic visuals. I defended its aesthetic choices in regard to the female form, and done so twice, but that does not mean that I retain a vested interest in the actual game.
Chuck – I like Chuck.
Netflix almost frightens me in its ability to track my viewing preferences and, somehow, recommend viewing material based on a set of simple Yes/No answers or a simple rating. The more info you put into the system, the more likely Netflix will burst upon you with some sort of binge-watching goodness you never expected.
Die Hard with a Vengeance – Is a lot better than Die Hard 2. I imagine this is a popular opinion, but I am honestly not sure; I believe the second film was actually better received, somehow. The original director of Die Hard signed onto this project, and the presentation hints more at a direct sequel to the first film. Really, just watching it again for the first time in a decade, I realize that Die Hard with a Vengeance contains exactly zero references to the second film at all. This immediately elevates the film in my mind.
